Senate leader Mitch McConnell rebuked Donald Trump's attacks on the CIA over reports it had concluded Russia tried to help him win the 2016 elections. Trump ratcheted up his feud with the CIA Monday, questioning official sources who says the US's premiere spy agency has "high confidence" Russia interceded in the US election to help get Trump elected.
