The shooting of a two-year-old boy and a 26-year-old man in Chicago on Tuesday has triggered an angry response from police chief Eddie Johnson who told reporters, "I'm sick of it. I know Chicago is sick of it. I just hope that our legislative partners are sick of it." Jillian Kitchener reports.
